We have no direct or indirect affiliation with football clubs, registered brands, or players shown on the site.

3. Shipping & Handling
Order processing time: 3–4 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 7–15 business days.
USA & Canada: 8–14 business days.
Australia: 8-15 business days.
Mexico: 10–16 business days.
Middle East: 15–20 business days.
Asia, South America, India and Africa: 25–30 business days (Shipping to these regions is not recommended. Due to local delivery challenges, we cannot guarantee package arrival and are not responsible for lost shipments.)
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in USD.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
At MPRIME, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please note the following policy:
We do not accept returns except in rare cases of defective products.
If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. (We will either send you a new package or refund your money.)
In the rare event that a return is approved, the return shipping cost to our supplier will be at the customer’s expense.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
Customized products (shirts with a personal name/number) are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No returns for wrong size — please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
